  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or mobile app powered by Wix. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details, including item selection, delivery address, and contact information.

  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation is required for order processing.

  • Order Changes: If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept online payments via credit card and debit card as provided by Wix’s payment processing services.. We only allow in-person payment methods of: PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp,

  • Billing Information: You must provide accurate billing information when placing an order. If there are any issues with processing your payment, we may contact you to resolve the issue.

Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery: Delivery is available within designated areas as specified on our third party delivery services such as DoorDash and Beyond Menu. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Pickup: Orders can be picked up at our restaurant location during operating hours. Please present your order confirmation number or name upon arrival.

  • Delivery Fees: Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within a specific time frame (as stated on our website) to be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of incorrect orders (full refunds or correct order fulfillment), unsatisfactory items (50% off your next purchase), or other valid concerns.

Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays in delivery, incorrect orders, or food allergies. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.
